  • "It improves flexibility and proprioception which leads to a better understanding of how the body functions, kids and teens learn that in a practical way, that way it is made accessible for all age groups."

  • "It is a playful training which targets the connection body-mind."
  • "Personally, I love classes with kids/teens because I keep seeing great results in self esteem. A lot of the girls have a bad body image and lack confidence. We build our classes in a way, that the kiddos realize how the progress, it is a linear practice which builds the level of difficulty up and the fact that they see, that poses which seemed impossible in the beginning become feasible to them and even feel easy. It makes them realize that they have the capacity to do that and as an allegory they get to understand that many other things in life are manageable, even though they are hard to take in the beginning."
